No Refunds or Exchanges on Customized Jewelry unless products are damaged or defective upon arrival. You have 7 days from proof of delivery to make a claim on damaged or defective goods. Take pictures of the damaged item and file your claim. Again, you have 7 days from your delivery date. 

If the jewelry breaks or defects within 14 days of wearing, I will fix it free of charge. The buyer is responsible for shipping it back to me.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days after I’ve received your payment before I begin to process your order. You’re item has to be created, allow me time to create. Everything is made to order. I typically ship within 2 weeks. Let me know if you need rush orders!  

If your merchandise show delivered, please check your surroundings and or you local post office postman, or the local post office. USPS does not cover item that show as delivered, which means the buyer is no longer covered if proof of delivery is available.
